These terms cover earning a commission for inviting pros to FixRally. They are part of our Terms of Service (fixrally.com/terms).
1. What is live now
1.1. Live now: invite tracking and the direct inviter commission described in sections 3 to 5.
1.2. No payouts yet. The current version of FixRally has no paid features, so there is no FixRally revenue to share yet. Payouts start when payments launch in version 1.1, through our payment processor, Stripe. We will tell you in the app before then.
2. Joining
2.1. Free to join. There is no fee, starter kit or required purchase. Buying anything does not increase what you earn.
2.2. You earn only from FixRally's revenue on real activity by the pros you invite. You never earn anything for recruiting itself: not for sign-ups, invites, posts, likes or answers.
2.3. Anyone with a FixRally account may invite.
3. Attribution
3.1. First touch. The first valid invite link a pro uses is locked to their account when they sign up.
3.2. An invite becomes eligible for commission once the invited pro completes the identity check that comes with paid features.
3.3. Pros who joined FixRally from ProField are never attributed to an inviter.
3.4. You cannot invite yourself, your own businesses, or accounts you control.
4. The direct inviter commission
4.1. Rate. You earn 10% of FixRally's net revenue from the pros you invited directly.
4.2. Direct invites only. You earn nothing from pros invited by the pros you invited.
4.3. For 24 months from each invited pro's sign-up. After that, the commission on that pro ends.
4.4. Net revenue means the money FixRally actually collects, after refunds, chargebacks, taxes and app-store fees. It includes the invited pro's subscriptions, badges and consults, and FixRally's share of referral fees on referrals the invited pro is part of. The customer fee paid by homeowners is excluded everywhere.
4.5. Referrals with two invited pros. When a referral involves two pros with different inviters (the referrer and the chosen pro), FixRally's net revenue on that referral is divided equally between the two inviters' commissions. If one of the pros has no inviter, that half stays with FixRally.
4.6. Staying active. Your rate depends on your own activity. An active month is a month with at least 5 logins and at least one post, answer, referral, or invite that became eligible. Each inactive month, your rate is multiplied by 0.9 (10% becomes 9%, then 8.1%). Each active month reverses one such reduction. Your rate never goes above 10%.
4.7. Example. A pro you invited pays for a $29 monthly plan. If FixRally's net revenue on that payment is $25, you earn $2.50.
5. Payment of commission
5.1. Commission is paid only after FixRally has collected the revenue it comes from.
5.2. Commission becomes eligible for payout 14 days after FixRally collects the revenue, and is paid on the next payout run. Payout runs happen every two weeks.
5.3. You must complete payout setup with our payment processor to be paid. Earned commission is never converted to credit. It stays payable to you. Amounts that stay unclaimed are handled under applicable unclaimed-property law.
5.4. You get a monthly statement of your attributed pros, active pros and earnings.
5.5. Clawback. If FixRally refunds or reverses revenue, we deduct only the commission paid on that refunded or reversed revenue, from your future commission or unpaid balance. Nothing else is taken back.
5.6. You are an independent participant, not our employee, agent or partner. You are responsible for your own taxes.
6. Group leader share and active-member pool
6.1. A group leader share and an active-member pool may be offered when enabled.
6.2. We make no commitment about them now. If we enable either, we will publish its terms and ask you to agree before it applies.
7. Recognition levels
7.1. Ambassador: 100 or more active invited pros. Badge and early access.
7.2. Partner: 500 or more active invited pros. Badge, a direct line to our team, and 6 months of grace before your rate is reduced for inactivity.
8. Rules when you share your invite link
8.1. Disclose that you may earn. Every time you share your invite link, say clearly, next to the link, that you may earn. For example: "I may earn from FixRally if you join."
8.2. No income claims. Do not promise or suggest that anyone will earn money, a set amount, or a living from FixRally or from inviting others.
8.3. No spam. No unsolicited bulk texts, emails or messages. Do not post your link where the rules of that place forbid it.
8.4. No fake activity. No fake accounts, self-invites or staged deals. Commission from fake activity is not earned, and we may close the accounts involved.
8.5. Do not claim to speak for FixRally. Do not use our name or logo except through the share tools we provide.
9. Changes and ending
9.1. Changes to rates, levels and rules apply only going forward. We announce them in the app or by email at least 30 days before they take effect.
9.2. Commission already earned is not reduced by a change.
9.3. We may end the program with 30 days' notice. Commission earned before the end is still paid.
9.4. We may remove you from the program if you break these terms, the Terms of Service or the Community Rules.
